We shined a light on some original cultural rebels: local taqueros, food carts, and artisan vendors who makeup the heartbeat of the local community. The Restaurant Support Center (RSC) Rally served as a curated dining and retail experience, elevated by a punk mariachi band and gourmet food vendors, craft booths, and games.
